So True! I am house hunting and the “cookie cutter” homes that are being built now only stand out to me when there is extra molding, wainscoting, or extra details added.

It is so true. Many of those “cookie cutter” or as I refer to them “builder specials” do lack a sense of integral character…..particularly in the types of architectural details I spoke about in the video. The option to enhance what is already there and create that character can make a tremendous difference. Good luck with the house hunt.
